As a teenager, Felix saw Bruce Lee on screen and was struck by his discipline, fluidity, and adaptability. Over time, his core principle — adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own — became a way for Felix to think about leadership. Lee rejected rigid forms in martial arts. Felix recognized that the same philosophy pertains in business.
